These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and we786 ("we786", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://we786.cam and all associated services, features, content and products offered thereon.

• Live / In-Play Betting: In-play market odds are time-sensitive. Bets are confirmed only once accepted by the system. Network latency does not entitle users to void accepted bets.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. In all cases where we786 is found liable, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

we786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or criminal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening or harmful towards Platform staff or other users.

Upon account closure for cause, we786 may withhold any funds held in the account pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, withdrawable real money balances will be returned via the User's verified payment method, subject to standard processing procedures.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Pending wagering requirements on bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we786 holds its operational licence. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that this may be a jurisdiction outside Pakistan. The application of these Terms does not exempt users from their obligations under applicable Pakistani law.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to informal resolution through the we786 support channel. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant jurisdiction's arbitral authority, unless prohibited by applicable law.

we786 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or on-site notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure.
